A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your camper's spot. This deposit will go towards the total cost of camp. See fee page for more information.
You will receive confirmation once the registration form is received/ determined complete AND your deposit or full payment is received. Please give us at least 7 days to process your registration
form and payment.
Unit placements are subject to change. We will do our best to place your camper with their buddy FIRST, and place them in their unit of choice SECOND.
**Registration numbers could require us to alter camper's unit placement.**
If your camper is not already a registered Girl Scout, please do that first.
Cancellations received by June 1, 2024 11:59pm PDT will be refunded in full (minus non-refundable $50 deposit and processing fees). After June 1, fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
